We offer a range of psychological services to child, adolescents and adults in the forms of individual, family and couples counselling. Although we prefer to work with clients face-to-face wherever possible, we are also set up for online telehealth services.

Children and Adolescents

Enhance Psychology is experienced in working with children and adolescents with a broad range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, from those struggling with normal developmental concerns to those in crisis or experiencing significant mental health issues.

Creative and innovative individualised approaches are used when working with children and adolescents to help engage them in the therapy process.

We offer individual therapy, family therapy, sibling sessions, parent sessions or a combination of these as required.

Adults

At Enhance Psychology, we have considerable experience in working with a wide range of psychiatric disorders and adult mental health issues. Besides helping adults to overcome difficulties related to serious mental health disorders, we also work with adults wishing to enhance interpersonal effectiveness, increase happiness and satisfaction, or develop personal strengths.

The theoretical underpinnings for interventions used will vary depending on the needs of the individual. The main approaches used include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Existential and Humanistic Psychotherapies, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
